Since it took a wintertime test of an articulated bus to prove that, unfortunately, they are not reliable or safe in our climate, we should drop all pretences of having a "cheaper" BRT and opt instead for the Norman Wilson subway, which can, depending on right-of-way, be built underground.

I can just see Councillor Jenny Gerbasi crying in her "green" tea.
